Hey guys want to share with you something regarding jiophone related problems. I use jio phone since last 6months.
Jiophone offers are good but the main thing is, call always cut during a phone call. Outgoing calls also not in proper always say user busy user busy. There is a lot of network issue.When I complain about this issue then they simply say sorry sir we try to not repeat this issue in further.Customer console are very rude they even don’t no how to behave with customers. And come to the phone, battery is very bad only 1-2hours only. Earphones are not work in properly I mean not clear sound.Jiophone has only single this is the major problem of this phone. These days dual sims are common but jio phone has only 1sim. A lot of problems I face in 6months and finally I sell this Phone.Thank you.
