I have purchased Reliance jio phone at rs1600 in my nearest mobile showroom I have received charger or cable ect. When I used thees fone than I realized the actuall quality or thair problem .when I used thees fone I have faced to many problem .below I was describing the problem
( 1) hang mobile handsets problem
( 2) too many time show updates updates or update is done by shop or shop owners is charged 150rs every update or updates are come every 2 to 3 month
( 3) when I call any one during call aafter 7 to 10 minutes mobile was automatic restarting or call ended
( 4) slow PROCESSING when mobile is switching on the mobile is teked to many time for open mobile
( 5) chaging time is to many hours becase fast charging is not given
So I have relised the pies is created problem every 3month I have charged 150rs for updates handset so its expenses
So u decide purchased or not ok
