This jio phone is launched by Reliance jio. But they have not putted on all their efforts as this phone is very slow, lag too much and sometimes it crashes the application. The worst thing I noticed is that it dont have wi-fi hotspot it has wi-fi connectivity but dont have hotspot. Customer service is good they listen your problems and give solutions. Charges are negligible as this phone gives 4G interface and is very cheap. This phone is good for those who cant afford expensive 4G mobiles
