Well, I would like to share my experience on this phone. I bought this mobile for my mother. The specification for this mobile was good. But there are too many exhausting things was happened to this mobile phone. The use of access is not good. It’s very difficult to operate the new members. without having a minimum knowledge of the phone. Irritating buttons to use. The signal, the tower has at beside of village it’s about a 5km but sometimes the signal was gone and coming. Never knows why it was gone and comes again. It’s like a hell. While I’m on call also sometimes, It is disconnecting. It’s really terrible. The customer service is too bad. I was trying to connect with them with 198 number. But the association is not connecting. They saying some bullshit automated voice. And coming to the charges it’s superb. This is good at that particulars. Jio has been changed the destiny of the cellular networks.
The build quality is also good but not that much of well. And the specifications like RAM, ROM etc was superb and it’s a good processor. But I’m not satisfied with this mobile.
