Sir/Madam I had bought jio phone ( IMEI no 9115945508725519) one month ago from Maavya mobile Ashiana Digha Road Patna. He also recharged the jio sum with Rs 200 the phone was hanging. Buttons were not responding. I gave it to the dealer next day. He told me that tie would get the mobile repaired and give me after some days. He returned the phone after one month. The validity of recharges has ended. I told the dealer to recharge again but he said that he can’t do anything. He talked very rudely. The phone is also not worth it. It has only jio apps and nothing else. This kind of products and services was not expecting by reliance and it’s dealer. I want the company to take this 3rd class product and refund the money along with cost of recharge i.e, 1500+ 200= 1700 as soon as possible other wise I would file case against your company in consumer forum.
