I am using Reliance from last two years but there was not even a single day when I do not have any problem with the operator. Now it has crossed its limit. Reliance sim cards switch off at least 3 times a week and remain off for 1 day every time. Therefore I have to change my operator.
NETWORK -
Network used for calling is good but the data network is worst. When ever I sit for downloading even 10 MB file it takes upto 20 to 25 minutes. They also haven’t introduced 4G network.
CUTOMER SERVICES-
Their customer care service is good. I don’t have any complaints regarding them.
CHARGES AND BILLING -
Charges are suitable for normal people but according to their service these are not fair charges.
So please my humble request don’t even think to spend your hardly earned money to get a bad network connection of reliance .
