Recently this Reliance guy came over to my place saying sir you have a due of Rs 10, 032 and he went on to tell me that Reliance can deduce 40% of ur bill as a discount .
On questioning why are they providing me a discount as I had a problem with wrong billing as I was being charged for EVERY MISSED CALL I made, he himself started saying sir I agree personally that our company has done wrong billing and we sometimes DONT GENERATE INDIVIDUAL BILLS as we have a huge customer base and it is next to impossible to generate bills for every one.
Then after I told him that I’ve already paid 8, 005 rs before as I thought the billing till there was properly billed till then, after they STARTED CHARGING FOR MISSED CALLS.
I stopped paying them. Now they’ve send me a legal notice saying I should pay them the due with an intrest of 2.5%. Now I’ve decided not to pay them the bill as legal notice send by reliance doesnt worry me and even I m prepared to take on reliance.
