I want to draw your attention Toward Reliance fraud practice. They activated Voice chat without any information. No confirmation SMS nothing. When I checked my prepaid balance it gone less.
I called call center Agent they tells about there Voice chat service. I asked them to deactivate and return my money back. They deactivated service but said money cannot be return.
I asked them to detect charge for one day and return balance. But they can’t do this.
