Reliance Mobile Operator- Horrible Experience

My sister is using Reliance Mobile CDMA card for last 4-5 months. First 3 months of the new connection the service was excellent, but in last 2 months their service is became so horrible.


She is using your Reliance Mobile CDMA card from last 4-5 months; suddenly I don’t know what happened, since mid march her balance is being deducted without any prior notification. In everyday her balance used to get deducted. In the month of March she has got this problem that everyday 5-10Rs used to get deducted but then this thing never came to her knowledge.


In last week of March my cell phone got lost, I went to gallery to get my duplicate SIM but they told me that it will take 2-3 days.  So I asked my sister to give me one Cell phone for 2 days because she has two cell phones. On First day I recharged her Reliance card of Rs.100/-, but after few hours when I check my balance then I came to know that they have deducted 7rs from my balance.


So I called on customer care and they said they activated bla bla service on my number which I never even heard about. I told them not to activate any service from then onwards, n they too assured me the same. But again in next day they deducted 15Rs. In the name of some Value added Service, which I have not activated.


I called to their customer care and then they told me that because you have activated VAS 15rs have been deducted, I told them many times but they never listen. Also their staff doesn’t know how to talk to customer. In only 3 days I got so pissed off with this that I terminated her Mobile Number from Reliance.


I think by doing such acts they have became the Dacoits because both rob the people. One humble request to Reliance Mobile that please stop such act of deducting balance from your customers account if you don’t want your customer go away from you or you will lose your customer day by day.
