The network coverage is very poor in India. Unorganised management. The customer service centre has no ethics to talk as well. the customer helpline 198 never picks up your call. The recharges is low but when there is no network whom you to talk. The bill system of reliance is even worst like they send you always wrong bill or wrong amount. Cheating with customers is their hobby. Zero expense on marketing. I should say no to reliance communications.
