Got a message ’Unltd whatsapp/fb for 16rs/mnth’ subscribed it.from main balance of 70rs, got deducted to 53rs. used fb but after 10min I checked, balance reduced to 23.83rs.i called twice, even talked to supervisor Urvi Rana but in vain. Nothing came out.and instead they blamed me saying I must have downloaded or else surfing is free.i reused fb and to my notice, again lost 1re from balance.
It really clearly means its NOT Free even after losing 16rs for subscription.i had already confirmed twice from *333 about the charges and it was clearly told to me there’s no hidden charges, or terms & conditons.Kindly do needful asap.
