I write this review with great consternation in the way reliance is going about selling its phones. They are giving ambiguous information , they do not have customer touch points with the company`s own staff which will add credibility , they have these half baked self styled entrepreneurs who proclaim to know all but on questioning turn out to be damp squibs. Each dealer has his own version of the story. No one knows whether all these services which is on offer now will be maintained for 3 yrs. No one knows whether ’’roaming’’ as claimed by reliance is on offer , if yes then what are the charges . No one knows how much it will cost a consumer to switch from one circle to another in which case his phone number also changes.
Reliance as an industrial and services company no doubt commands huge respect and ’’us’’ the consumers would very much belive them , but for the lack of information from a credible source at that.
Why cant Mr.Mukesh Ambani go live on Star TV and DoorDarshan simultaneously and set right the things which have gone wrong, why cant he put the strength of his credibility as a person whom the entire country knows and trusts behind his very novel and unique product.
we would like to see something like this happening very soon as it will help us tremenduously in making the right choice.
