Reliance mobile is a big name now but I don’t think that they do provide the best of their services as they say or advertise. First about the network their network is just very weak or you can say is not strong enough to keep you in touch with today’s world. I was a reliance user and I have to say I am not going for their services again. When you enter your home or your office there network will start getting or remain weak. You cant make calls properly, you cant use your internet that good enough they say. Besides the network problem there are some other problems user also face like unnecessary VAS(Value Added Services) services and deducting your balance even after reporting problem to customer care. When ever you call on customer care first they wont pick your call or email busy with other customers and if they pick your call then they keep you busy like’ we are checking sir stay on the line’ they just keep their customer busy and waste a lot of time. After my personal experience I would not recommend reliance to any of my friends.
