I have purchased the kit believing thier ’’high speed’’ internet but unfortunately most of the time it will be below 8.0 K.bytes per second transfer rate though connected at high speed - another cheating! It will take 2 minutes minimum to download 1MB. Even on roaming we use it, so excellent
Now all plans changed. Most of the plans are unfriendly, still slow. No response from reliance even reported!
Postpaid power paln and prepaid plans are cheaper Joy 349 and highier plans! Prepaid with E-Recharge 2200 or highier is much better! There are also many other good plans. One needs good study of his usage and select plans accordingly.
Roaming service is good due to good coverage. They have started charging rental of Rs.25/- per month for Roaming since 20th July 2006.
Billing perfect. customer care have been very much improved. So upgrading my earlier review on RIM to Excellent from worst.
