I had the worst experience with reliance telecom. I had taken a prepaid phone number:9014250525. Two days back, rs.150 got deducted from my prepaid account. When I called to Reliance so called customer care who responded that the reason for this deduction was that I had activated internet for browsing which was not done at all.
When I went to their webworld branch here, the person in charge of that store said that deduction is due to my smart phone apps update. I had actually used my aircel number to update my apps. Then how come it could be charged to my reliance number when I manually removed my sim and inserted the aircel sim.
There is no surprise that Anil Ambani is the richest person in India as his company makes profit by looting ordinary Indians like us.
Please don’t opt for Reliance telecom service as nobody in that organization from customer care till Manager is customer friendly and behaves like a lunatic.
Prevention is better than cure.
