I would like to share my experience with Reliance Communications. I went to pay my mobile bill to Jai Maa Communication, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. The executive behaved rude to me and he indirectly pretended that server was not working. It was appearing that he was telling a lie.
So just dialed to Reliance Customer Care *333 and I told the story to customer care executive. The reliance customer care executive instructed the web world executive to provide the manual bill rather than sending back the customer (me). Then he took the cash bill and provided me the receipt. Receipt Number of the bill is 0466742.
The second hell the executive did that he didnt submitted that amount to reliance!!!! And I started getting calls day be day. Every time, I told that I have paid the bill. So I again went to Jai Maa Communication. I told the executive that he hasnt submitted the bill to concern department. Firstly he tried to pretend me that he had sent the amount, but finally he straight way told me that he hadnt sent and I was free to do whatever I could for him i.e., he again misbehaved. I complained this matter to Reliance Customer Care by calling on the *333. Rather than doing any thing against that Web World executive, the Reliance has disconnected my outgoing call. It is telling to wait till it gets the bill. Tomorrow, I have urgent work and Im unable to communicate...Its totally sarkari company. Its clerks behave like government employees.
Hell! the employee has started abusing here too.
