Very bad experience

During 4G upgradation my services were cutoff and I was unable to use the network but they charged me 1148 for that too. When I raised a complaint they said that the charge is legitimate and I should pay it. Also they got Rs.899 for the new dongle on 06/07/2016 and promised to deliver the product within 15 working days but they failed to deliver it. Whenever I try to contact the customer care person they will answer irresponsible. From day 1 I was complaining about Coverage issues which is not solver and will not be solved by them, because they care for the quantity of the customers in their network but didn’t care to give quality customer experience. What is the use of having a Datacard which wont let you connect to the internet for 20 days a month? Also they said the existing plan will continue for few months after 4g upgradation but all of a sudden they changed my plan to 5GB limited from 40GB unlimited.
