After a couple of attempts I was able to connect to customer care executive and I explained my grievance regarding barring of services. Adding to my bad experiences I received a response from the executive that their applications were down and requested me to call back after 30 minutes. It is very weird that at times we get number busy on calling*222 which is their customer care number.
