Billing system

I took a new realiance mobile connection on 20th december and my Reliance number is 09350044090. I have paid my first bill of Rs 354 on or before due date . I have recieved my second bill for the month january on 7th Feb for Rs 1320 having due date of payment on 18th feb . My Bill no. is 240650676924 and billing account no. 2239827120 and bill date is 28-01-05


To my surprise Reliance have deactivated my outgoing calls on 9th feb because of non payment of bill . On calling *333 ( Customer care) I was even more surprised to find out that Reliance doesnt have any performa or facility to register any kind of complaints and hence doesnt give any reference / Complaint number for future correspondence or greviences.


I went to reliance webworld on 10th where they have adviced me to better make payment of the bill to get my services activated and have told me that due date of depositing the bill i:e 18th feb doesnt hold any water .


I just wish to know my rights and would like to know whether they are right about deactivating my services like this . If this is right so my another question is ’’ Whats the point of writing ’’ due date’’ in the bill’’
