Guys I have a very bad experience with Reliance.
At Sunday on 16th March I have more than 1 GB data on my balance and from Sunday afternoon the reliance service got poor and poorer and I was unable to connect to the internet. now on the Tuesday morning near 10 am when I called to customer care firstly the told that their server is upgrading so they cant provide any data.
Again when I called at 2 pm they told me that your balance is zero as well as my main balance is also zero. then I checked on their application named Reliance insta-care the usage for last 5 days is showing only 96 MB so how the data is empty I dont know.
After that I have a recharge my mobile by Rs.156 on 18/03/2014 17:44:04.
I was suppose to receive the 1 GB data for 30 days. but still on my account it is showing 500 MB data receive. where is Rest of 524 MB data. as I am recharging for this amount from 3-4 months and every time I receive data immediately after recharge but this time I am not getting this yet. I tried a lot to contact to your customer care but every time I am getting only one reply that "Our server is upgrading so we cant help you".
What should I do now as now their customer care also not connecting?
