I am using the Reliance STD Calling card of Rs.875 per month, Re 1 for STD call to any mobile and free R2R after 11 at night till morning 6. The latter one was ofcourse the reason why I joined the Reliance family.
But what after I bought this. It promises 30 days validity but following is what m experiancing of this:
At least one day a week u wud not be able to use the night free calling facility. If you try calling you wud get the message "This route is busy..try after some time". you try after some time and it’s again the same story. This continues the whole night. It is clear that the facility is blocked on that night.Might be for ur number or all nght callers.
However, if you call without prefixing *375 ( this is required for dialling free at night) ur call wud be connected, ofcourse it wud be as reliance is charging Re 1 for this.
Not only this , at night your call wud be disconnected after every 15 min. However, this is not a prob at all as this is good to avoid network from getting busy. Many times yu are not able to call till 12:30 and the same message hits your ears "This route is busy..try after some time". Most of the time it’s like that calling is free only after 12:30 at night.
However we can’t just blame rel for this. ne waz, your getting good value of your money even if you call for t least 2 hrs at night daily. But the thing I want to point here is that they can decrease the validity to 25 days or watever rather than cheating the customers like this. Some times you are able to connect and some times not. yu keep on trying and trying.....till it takes you to the dreams....
