Dear Friends and Fraud Reliance Communication, Addressed to "Reliance Communication"
You guys are so fake, that I curse my self for coming in your "CDMA Network" from Airtel.
You guys always shout that you port connects within seven days! but its all shitttt! you took a month and that was frustrating for me to handle, that I visited several times to Reliance Store ., I thought its alright but even after the activation I was not able to make calls due to some rubbish reasons(which I don’t care about). After more than month when my connection activated I received a bill of Rs 1090, (As I opt for one India one rate plan Rs. 650 Approx) that was not expected at all. Than I raised query about the bill through the Reliance App, as all know customer service department don’t pick our calls. Then today I have received a call from customer care and she told me that the one India one plan has been discontinued from their end and now my plan in some freedom 600 which I wasn’t aware of.
She told me she can’t change any plan or she can’t help me in this, she told me to contact customer care(*222 or 198) and tell them the problem or get the circle office address and visit for the resolution.
What is this Shittt., ? Is Reliance still living in 90’s? Grow Up! Reliance^
