I have used this Company’s sim card for more than 4 years. I opt particular provider because I wanted some good network for internet and also for low call rates. But when I bought this Sim it cost me 80rs and came with 70rs balance in it. The next moment I switch on my phone then it deducted all my balance rapidly and I was really shocked that I have heard so much about this company and it did this to me. But then again I recharged my sim with 50rs balance and then with seconds it again deducted all my balance. I was very disappointed. I thought that it would replace my old sim of vodafone. It is not so cheap also. When I contact customer care then they started like recorded message that this service has been activated on you phone and bla bla bla.
I like about this provider is that it catches network almost everywhere and internet speed is also good. I dislike about this provider is that they are regularly increasing there cost day by day weather it is internet or call rates. They increased everywhere and that makes it more expensive than there services.
They almost cost me in the start more than 150rs for no reason and the worst part is that the even didn’t return that. I hated that part and if they increase there customer support more better than it would be great.
