Difficult for elderly people to read. After six months the screen panel vanishes and you cant read/see anything.A manufacturing defect which the Company hid from the Public.You have to compulsorily buy a new handset to continue your existing number.
Third the service is poor.Sometimes you cant receive calls. Sometimes your message does not go through.
Customer Service is poor.To reach the customer service executive you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes.
In short the worst Service Provider
