I took Reliance Smart GSM connection on 2nd of August. I was quite satisfied with the service despite some minor technical problems as the charges are greatly low. But suddenly I faced something amazingly disappointing. I always have an habit to keep the balance beyong 300 mark and it has always been my habit to keep enough balance in my account. Around 16th, I made some bulk special sms (nearly 20 sms) to 7575 and I found that the deduction was not made immediately so eventually the deduction was made the next day and the last balance was then around 266 or something. So on 18th, I again made a little recharge worth Rs. 55 and the amount was taken up to beyond 300 again, probably 315 or somthing.. but surprising me, again on 20th again I find the deduction was made and leaving my balance at 264. I talked to the Customer Care twice but they just lifted their hands saying that theie system can never be wrong, which keep record of only last 20 contacts made by the very customer. I asked them if there is any contact numbers or email addresses through which I can write to the concerned personnel for help. But they said they were unable to help me and there is no other alternative to find out except talking to them. REALLY AMAZING SERVICE.. Now I wonder what to do.. Can not understand whether this a system fault or fraud!! There is no transparency or anything that can help a customer out.. I would never advise anybody else to opt for this service just for cheap call charges which could prove too expensive in near future.. Be Warned!!
