Hello friends welcome to the world of reliance infocomm where the only thing reliable is your discomfort and the hassles and sheer belligerence that you shall face. Customer service and relationship is an absolute hoax. They are here to fleece you out and out and have no doubts about it.
You will have to forgive me I have just had a serious face off with this particular service provider and had to blow off a little steam. Now I know that ripoffs and scams are a part of the scheme of things in the cellular world but Reliance beats everyone handsdown in the fact that they firstly overcharge you and then they disconnect your cell the moment the due aount crosses a paltry amount of Rs.2000/- (for a post paid) and that too absolutely arbritrarily. NO warning NO time given just silence online when you pick up the cell. Should you be impertinent enough to complain you are told in no uncertain terms to pay up or shut up. The sad part is the money invested by me in this scheme due to which I can’t just up and leave.
I have one piece of advice for all those people looking for a new connection ’’PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR RELIANCE, ANYTHING BUT RELIANCE PLEASE’’
This is not a gimmick this is plain hard fact and am swallowing the bitter pill as I tell you this. I am stuck in their web dear friends I just don’t want anyoneelse to be in my place. good bye and good luck.
