Worst customer service

Hey frnds I am Nitin and am going to tell you that reliance was a good company at all and I am using it from a few  months but now I am dissappointed with its services firstly network coverage area is very small last month I visited my village and I was shocked to see that their was no network at all this thing shocked me . also the most bad thing is its costmer service , last week I recharged my GSM reliance Sim with 20 rupees and I talked with my frnds and 3 Rs were charges now from15Rs my balance was 12Rs.


After an hour I recieved a message that 12Rs has charged from my mobile for VAS CBTT even I dont know properly about it .So I tried to call customer care at 198 my call was transfered to reliance customer care and I was shocked to see that I was trying to get interacted with customer executives but they were only giving me stupid offers hardly I got the call with executive and when I tell him the problem I said that sorry sir right now I not getting your numbers information I will message u later about your charges and he cut the call , after an hour when not getting any message I called again but all calls were busy next day I again tried but again busy .Frnds this is not about12Rs it is about the company gets much money doing like that with others and worst thing not tosolve the customers problem.!
