I have been using Reliance from the day I started using mobile(since 2005). Most attractive operator by providing Night pack(69), 1st it was for a month then reduced to 20 days then 15 days and now for 7 days(Amazing).
Internet is too slow, I always get stuck. And the major part of all the thing is Network, I cant use it in my office and to some areas, Network vanishes like anything.Coming to the last point."VAS" I don’t get it! why they always deduct Rs 3/Rs 5 from my amount, and when I call customer care.wallah! they seems to be too busy(I believe more than Obama), for "VAS", 9 times amount got deducted.only 4 times they have re-funded, the rest I dint get the amount as I was not able to connect to so called customer care.
Finally, I decided to switch my Operator.Only bcoz of Night Pack I can’t use Reliance.
