I have been using reliance for 2 yrs and the reason i am not switching to other mobile provider is the mobile number which I dont want to change. But now I am in the verge of breaking down with my thniking and probably will disconnect myself with the reliance.


They have deactivated my outgoing for the identity proof documents. That wasn’t a problem. The main problem is that its been 10 days I have submitted my document and still my outgoing is not activated. Customer care numebr will never connect, Web world becoming too crowded and no one there to hear your request.


A gentle request to everyone that never ever go for reliance. Their handset sucks, all scrap pieces they sell to customer with fake promises. Their tarrif seems to be economical but they aren’t.Their customer service will be disgusting experiance for you. They have full of inefficient, illitrate people in their organisation.


Never trust them, they will put you in their mutti and squeez you off!
