Looting Customers

I have a Reliance SIM and I use it frequently, but for the maximum time I use this SIM for Internet purpose. They used to offer 1GB 3G DATA in Rs. 125 at first for 30 days then they reduced it to 28 days. After that they again increased the price to Rs. 170 for 1 GB, then after few days they increased it again to Rs. 198. Their net pack is quite slow, and sometimes a page takes a lot of time to open, but sometimes it work properly. But I face this problem many times, when I call to their Customer Care by dialling 198, they take more than 8 mins to response.


After closing the data they don’t even send the notification of how much data were used and what is the remaining balance. When I dial1111*3# they still don’t show the remaining DATA balance. Their customer service is very poor and below standard. All these MOBILE COMPANIES re looting the customers day by day and we keep quiet and still use their DATA PLAN by giving more money. We should stop using their service and stop buying their plans, then only these people will look into the needs of AAM JANTA.
