I visited Reliance WebWorld Juhu to get information for a new phone connection .
There was a couple who were trying to speak with the Manager in charge . It seems that they had paid their bills but were still getting messages to make payment . The couple was at the WebWorld for 45 mins and no one was attending to them properly . When they insisted on speaking with a Manager , the lady at the counter told them You can leave . And you are welcome to discontinue your Reliance number
It was outrageous to see the people at Reliance responding to a customer in such an obnoxious manner .
I had entered the WebWorld with the intention to take a new connection . I left the place thinking of taking a connection from any service provider other than Reliance .
A year ago I had walked out of the Juhu WebWorld due to a similar experience . I had forgotten about it until I saw a similar thing happening to a customer there .
As a wireless card user of Reliance I go through repeated problems - none of which are ever resolved by Reliance . The people at their call centre are clueless . They have no technical knowledge and have never been able to resolve any problem for which I have called .
I have decided not to add to my problems by taking any further connections from Reliance
Reliances service is non-existent . It seems that the company treats its staff like expendable objects . And the staff in turn treat customers with the same affection.
