I request u to let the service come in full swing then give opinions. let the reliance prove itself. everyone should get a fair chance. I have applied for the service but haven’t received the handset. i’ll update my opinion after utilising service. one thing I would add is when I faxed a letter to reliance india mobile atleast they had courtesy to call back and hear my complain. this is a personal opinion please do not find it offensive. I am sorry if I have hurted anyone.
i hope and expect the service to good. the best part is it has made cell operators reduce rates which is by all means beneficial to cell users.
