Last week Reliance had announced its GSM services in mumbai. The sim cost is Rs.25/- They are also offering free 900 rupees talk time and free night usage for 3 months(Reliance to Reliance)
I booked my Sim last week and got the delivery today. However when I went to the retailer to take the sim card I was shocked when he said that the price would be Rs.45/- When I asked for clarification he said that Reliance has included talk time of Rs. 20/- in that charges. I paid the charge and activated it.
After activating the sim I called up the customer care to ask about the scheme. The lady said that I have got Rs. 20 talk time to be used within 48 hours and for the rest 88 days I will be getting daily 10 rupees credit to my account with night free Reliance to reliance calls.
overcharging 20 rupees from customers shows that Anil Ambani has made lot of money suckking the blood and gifting to his wife.
Friends, this is not fair on part of Reliance that while announcing sim cost of 25/- the dealers are charging 45/-. if any one of u has had the same experience please share on this forum.
