I have been using reliance mobile since the day of it’s launch.... It is Ok to use untill you don’t encounter any problems. I had activated ISD services by paying 2000/- deposite.... Now when I am fed up of their service, would like to go back to some other provider. But can’t chagne by No... And want to keep it as no is very OLD.
They are not ready to refund the ISD deposite, & they said that it will be adjusted against my bills !!! The phone which will hardly produce an bill of about 100 Rs would take 1&half year to recover... And as they have done many times , may send any dammn bill !!!
I am really fed-up & just waiting for inter operator change scheme... I would pay anything to get rid of Reliance no & retain the same no...
I strongly recommed NOT to go for this services, if you are buying for value for money... ANd happy to be happy untill any problem are occured !!!
