As everyone knows Reliance Communication is very famous and reputated company but now a days it is not wrong to say reliance is the another name of disappointment.This company is well estiblished but in NCR circle reliance is not doing well.
Network & Coverage - I am regular user of reliance since 6 years but couple of months before reliance CDMA network turns in to GSM after that point the network coverage of reliance is decreases as much as it can be.
now at present time is that if you are planning to make a call than many of times you get disappointed.GSM service is very poor.
1 week ago I bought reliance 4G sim I think may be 4G network is way batter than 3G but I was wrong.Reliance 4G is real brother of reliance 3G.from a week 4G network shows roaming currently and many of time I am unable to make calls.it always says’the person are you calling is currently out of rechable’.May be at other area reliance network is good but more reviews are negative on reliance.
I tried to connect with customer care they say to me please try to set up mannul setting of network but it could not work only reliance roaming is shown in both the cases( automatic & manually).i again make contact with them they forwarded my call to their higher authority but again the higher authority is not able to resolve my issue.customer service is too bad if they are not able to ressolve your issue than your phonecall is placed at hold after that in last you have to dissconnet your call no other option is left for you.
Charge - reliance provide nice rete cutter packs, low cost internet but what is the benifit of it if you are not able to use this.
call drops are also the biggest problem in reliance.voice is not clear on reliaance network many times.
Conclusion - better to take airtel or voda(and be a part of digital india)
if you want to go with reliance than you achieve disappointment like me.
Rest is your choice.
