New Sim Connection taken on 07/11/2015 by paying 150 Rs.(Benefit of Rs. 95 balance, Rs 0.25p/m calling on All Mobile for 3 months~180 days, 50 MB data balance informed by Reliance store person)
Promised to activate the service next day i.e. 08/11/2015
From next day after given time I have contacted Appellate, Call Center and Reliance Mobile Store on Roaming Cellphone many a times for sim activation and benefits above mentioned
I received a single response from all communication panel that you need to visit store and from store many responses like system not working, holiday at store since 08/11/2015 to 15/11/2015, wait for 2minutes, check your account, blah blah blah, etc.
Visited 2 times Reliance Store 6 km far away from my location(as they dont have their store in one of the posh area of Pune), being outsider and Hindi Language I havent been entertained and they ignored by giving service or activating my sim
Till date I have spent 70-100 Rs. behind calling Store Landline number, Store person office number, Appellate landline number, Appellate "1800" bearing number
I was "majboor" to take a local sim, I ignored Reliance whole in process, what can I do was "dhamkana" that please give my Rs. 150 back if you are not interested in selling card and keep this with you, I have many options
Sim Activation: 10/11/2015 after 3pm
Today, I asked store person that what do I understand by your 2 minute? On 10th you have said and today is 16, even Appellate authority said that recharge takes few minutes for the said services, also I asked him to hold the call over the phone(because previously they were not picking up the phone), later being irritated by his irrelevant reply and not explanation for 2 minute concept according to his job, I added that I am outsider and I speak Hindi Language and not Marathi /dont know the language and not a localize person. So he immediately took action in 10 minutes and gave confirmation that I dont have to come to store to collect Rs. 150. I know how Racial Discrimination is being faced in Maharashtra, I have faced again after 1.5 yrs.
When you take new sim, your sim gets activated with services & benefits in atleast 24hrs and here they took more than 184 hrs
