Its have reliance data card net connection and had to callup customer service department since I never received my bill and they were going to bard my services because of non payment.
I call up the call center and land up talking to two Pathetic people call Bhanu Priya and Praveen Kumar-who were from Relaince Chennai center. It was such a horrible experience .First they asked me to login to the web-site and retrieve my bill form there and when I tried login in to reliancecommunication.co.in …I get message saying….this page can’t be displayed…I mean how a company like Reliance provide such horrible service.
People at their call center cann’t talk nor can they understand English nor do they attempt to understand the customers problem. Solving is far away .I hope somebody from Relaince reads the messages and start taking things serious .Its high time they mend their workshop or else they will keep loosing customer.
