Complain of reliance india mobile

Dear Sir, CCMB Hyderabad 31st August 7:30 PM


I am a research student working in CCMB Hyderabad. I bought one reliance phone two months ago. Suddenly it stopped working since 4 days I complained several times to reliance customer care, and also wrote one mail to its Managing Director, but nothing happened. So I am returning this handset to Ambani on Tuesday.


I hereby attaching copy of all mail conversations between us.
