Agree with you guys totally .. pathetic billing, pathetic customer service .. you have to wait 1 hour at their web world. One agent tells that you dont need to pay anything.
It will get adjusted in your bill and then you know that your calls have been deactivated and they want you to go and pay at the web world. Frustrating isnt it? this is probably 5 % of what I have already been thru before.
