Reliance Communication- Daylight Robbery

I would like to inform you and every indian consumer on how I have been robbed in broad daylight by your company. Also, it is evident that your customer care is trained more on frustrating the customer than resolving issues here is how you have robbed me :

On 2nd July 2013 I bought a new reliance prepaid sim card (my no - 8767335911).

On 5th July I did a online recharge for 300 MB 3g data pack which is valid for 30 days. On 5th August 2013 suddenly at 1 AM in the night I received an SMS from reliance saying "thank you for renewing MN97, enjoying this service for next 28 days, reliance".

Also, My prepaid balance is deducted by 97 rupees! what the hell?! How can reliance renew some pack on my mobile by snatching money from my wallet? so, I called R care (so called customer service of Reliance communication). To my surprise their answer is that I had activated 3G service on my mobile by sending

SMS and it is automatchandru021y renewed. (apparently this is another way to get the same pack I did online).

What? When did I send any SMS to any number for 3g pack? I told them at least 30 times that I did only an online recharge for 300MB 3g data I never sent any SMS to reliance for this. I don’t even to know what SMS code I need to send and to what number. But, the only answer I got from the super rude customer care folks is that I have sent an SMS as per the system. Well, I asked them to tell me when did I send the sms. they can’t say that but their system says I had sent sms someday. I asked for refund answer- "sorry, no refund, you sent SMS from your mobile. NO REFUND". Well, here is the proof that I had activated my 3g pack by online recharge and not via

SMS.

Below is the receipt sent by reliance to my email id after recharge.

or you can check on rcom.co.in on GPRS pak recahrge page.I am just surprised to hear your customer service. The way they handled my issue. Only response I got is  "we don’t know whether you sent SMS or not, our system says you sent. you are wrong and our system is right. NO REFUND , NO REFUND. Sorry, NO REFUND" I was scared to argue further,  I thought if I ask for refund one more time may be the so called senior customer care person will activate few other packs of her own choice till my balance is dropped to zero I am pretty sure Late Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani did not want to make money this way.

This is more like stealing customer’s money. After writing all this I feel I have put too much effort for just 97 rupees stolen by some. But, I hope other consumers will make an informed decision while choosing their mobile service providers.

Please refund my 97 rupees at the earliest. If you  just want to say that I have sent an SMS to activate and blah blah blah... then I don’t know what to tell you guys, but I will port out to airtel.
