Reliance Mobile Operator

I received my reliance phone in the last week of February, and since then, I have been wondering what is to be done with this DEAF AND DUMB instrument.

I can give you 10 REASONS why Reliance so called no 1 company in India is fooling its people.

1. I am not able to receive even landline calls from Other states. There seems to be a problem in receiving local landline calls too.

   
   




2. Sometimes I cannot make calls local landline calls also.

   
   




3. I cannot receive calls from GSM mobile.

   
   




4. I cannot make calls to GSM mobile.

   
   




5. I cannot send SMS to GSM mobile.

   
   




6. I cannot receive SMS from GSM mobile.

   
   




7. It takes atleast 30 minutes, if I am lucky to contact

   
   

customer care number.

1. We were told by their representatives that in March there would be free std and but later we are told that there would be some off net operator charges to be paid.

   
   




2. Reliance world when ever you want to connect, is not connected.

   
   




3. There is a sense of frustration that whatever was promised by the company.. nothing has been delivered.

   
   

Is this the mobile revolution these people are talking about?

I am sorry to say that Reliance has let down its customers very badly.
