I have been using Reliance since it was the first CDMA service and really loved it.
But ever since it has become fully GSM, I have not had one single day of full network coverage.
Wherever I go, in Mumbai or roaming out of Mumbai, there is some network connectivity issue. I have lost 50% of my business because of this.
Totally unreliable GSM network.
Whenever you call customer care, their people are totally unable to resolve your issue and keep repeating the same sentences like a parrot.
Pathetic customer care who doesn’t understand customer complain or customer issue.
