I m user of Reliance since 2 years, and this year I m feeling extrimely miser. Whats happening with big brand, who is offering fantastic services and believes in Branding. We all have seen lots of brand ads and offers. However its very weak in mojor areas, like Coverage.
I m from Major city in country i.e. Pune. can be believe that in pune and again in the city limit in two different locals u dont have coverage, every time to have to search for a signal. What a pitty. U should have patience before giving or receiving calls. Reliance must do something about its network problem, until unless there are lots other players playing and luring customers............
I m a loyal customer of Reliance who has used the same in gujarat and now in maharastra, was quite satisfied, but now I have to think about continuing the same...........
If any official is reading this please make a note and do something to increase the no’s of customer by giving services. not just by showing false advertisement.
