Dear friends attaching my letter here to make you aware about the mopst worst company in india Its RELIANCE Anil Ambani group
I am writing to you with utmost regret and disregard of your attention to your so called privileged post paid customers. I have a post paid connection since last 5 years and you call me a privileged customer. Unfortunately your services have been pathetic and horrible. they keep postponding all disputes to the frustrating level. I have three reliance CDMA connections and one reliance GSM connection.
9387942088 (postpaid), 9387833494 (USB Data card) and 9388120256 (Prepaid lifetime).
I am fed up with problems first two connections I have already given termination request for 9387833494. I wish to keep the number 9387942088 for next few months as it’s my very old mobile connection. I request you to transfer this number to my prepaid lifelong connection. Please take note of following incidents that has left me totally against of your horrible customer care:
1) (9387942088) postpaid: Few months before I activated caller tune pack. Last month I contacted your customer care executive and requested to deactivate the caller tune option and it should not be renewed. Unfortunately I noticed that the bill amount for current month is around rs 521 which is high for me . I contacted your customer care executive and requested to get me the details of bill. I came to know that they have charged rs 120 for 6 months caller tune pack + cost of song rs 15. I requested them to deactivate the caller tune pack and recalculate my bill. They refused my request and told that I have never contacted your customer service executives for deactivating it. I am very sure that I have clearly explained the things to customer care executive he was unable to give me token number as the system is not working at that moment. (He was facing some difficulties in accessing system). He promised me that he will register a request to deactivate it. It is not my mistake whether he registered my complaint or not. Reliance the only Telecom Company activate and charge the customer for the service which the customer has not subscribed, which is careless about the issue when contacted.
2). 9387833494 (postpaid . USB data card) bought from Expert Systems Kollam on 16-Aug-2008 (Corporate Connection, One year connection post paid ) for Rs 8500 (opted reliance bcs of Brand loyalty). Unfortunately from the very Beginning I realized that Reliance Net connect is the worst Internet connection I have used till date. Whenever I connect my data card it works only for 10 to 15 minutes then it get disconnected. When I m ready for send mail I come to know that net is disconnected.. I have complained so many times my call is transfer to many guys. Your customer care has called me up a million times and your technicians checked my laptop and concluded that the issue is related with Data card and need to be replaced by Huwai service centre. I have handed it over to expert systems (Dealer) as per the instructions received from reliance customer care officials. Unfortunately I didn’t get my data card replaced till date. I am fed up with your false assurances and lame excuses. The irresponsible acts of the Customer Care department are quite dis-heartening never matches the credibility which Reliance is having a worldwide reputation, it really damages the image of Reliance in my mind. It’s a pity that a company like Reliance has such a pathetic system in operation which fails to take an action for the past 11 months.
I feel wretched with irresponsible behaviors of your customer care executives. I am not interested in wasting my money and time with such a worthless service provider who never cares customer’s feelings. Please do needful to terminate my connection early as posible.
