I am using Reliance GSM network from the past few years, previously it was having good service, good customer support, less Network down time and it was cheaper as compare to other Mobile operator.But nowadays Reliance has become worst Network provider, most of the time there is no network, here in our area it is now more than a month there is no Reliance Network, I had registered complaint several time but no use, Customer care Executive are not solving any problem, they just ask to fill up a form and submit.I am just filling the form and submitting, but no action has been taken against my compliant.Frequently I am facing network problem here.Although it has best data plan but it is of no use without network.Its time to change Network provider.
I am planning to switch the Reliance number to other Mobile Operator.I think they will not look after the problem they simply don’t care.
