Reliance has got one of the most worse services here in india. The Signal and network reception are very very poor. It is also costly as compared to others.
Signal and Network :
The signal of Reliance is really very bad. You will not get network 70% of the times . No matter whether you are in main city or anywhere else the network coverage ia very week and you could not even make a Sms. If you are in an emergency and want to have a phone call then you will curse yourself for choosing this network as you could not make calls most of the times due to low network . Calls won’t even get connect.
Cal rates and plans :
The call rates, top up packs and internet data packs are way costly than compared to the other networks. And also you could not make full use of internet packs due to server and signal issues.
Iternet Speed :
The internet speed in reliance is not so good. If you top up with a 3G pack then most of the times you will not get speed as you should get in a 3G pack . The 3G packs are also very costly .
Customer satisfaction :
The most bad thing of reliance is that they cut balance from your Sim without prior information to you and activates some or the other packs on monthly basis, either a call ne tune service, cricket alerts or many more VAS services which we dont even need. And if you complain about this issuebin the Customer care to the executives then there is hardly someone who will listen to your problem and solve it completely.
Instead the customer care executives blame yourself saying that the service is activated by you . Its a big Thumbs down from me to Reliance.
I don’t recommend Reliance to any one of you, as there are plenty of reasons to avoid and stay awa from Reliance . You have many other options which are way better than reliance. And if you or any of your relative or friend are using this than port your number to another mobile network or you might face many problems.
