I am fed up using reliance datacard as well as mobile phone. The company is very difficult to deal with. The connection was really slow.
So I gave a request to terminate the connection. At that time it was terminated. But to my shock, after one month, I got a call from reliance reminding me to pay the bill. Then only I came to know that they had reopened the connection without my knowledge or consent.
I never had such an experience with any other company. After approaching the grievance and other channels somehow I got it closed, but I had to pay the bill for the period which the connection was in active status without my knowledge.
