I would never ever suggest any one to buy reliance mobile...this is one the worst operator I have ever experienced. I don’t know about other states and city...but in Mumbai, they provide pathetic services...
They don’t have good network, their mobiles are also not up to good quality, sound clarity of mobiles provided by them is worst, they cut charges without any activation of extra services, their bill is always more than usage and most importantly, their customer care executive stuff is vary rude, bad and totally careless about their work and customers.. even if you visit reliance gallery for some problem, they are never ever going to help you.. what they always do is excusing and insulting customers..
They also cut charges of extra rubbish services provided by them even if you don’t activate them..and don’t deactivate and pay back for their mistakes also..and worst thing is, not matter how much you’ll complain about this, they will keep doing this thing every week...every week some charges will be deducted...
In short, don’t even think to buy/use reliance mobiles...it will make you frustrated and tired like never before...
