Well, to begin with I dont have many complains about the services they provide.But my problem is with there franchise.
I have never ever in my life come across such rude bunch of people, and sorry to say, I dont like to generalize, but the experience wth them has been so bitter, that I just cant help it now.
My problem, started the first day I brought my connection.I opted for a post paid billing connection, as it was a company related thing.Since then, in a month I get call atleast three times, asking me to come pay the unbilled amount.Even after repeated request to increase my credit limit, based on my previous bills, and my confirmation to give them a deposit, nothing has been done.
If that wasnt enough, I am expected to make the payments as soon as I get a sms from them.I generally make it a point to do that.And experience I have had there is awful.First I am talking about there outlet in chembur, because that is where I generally go, coz it is closer to my home, and my work.They place is never open before 11, and it takes them atleast another hour to be functional.And there systems are always down.They have a problem with the system itself, or else with the server.
With my patience level running down, I approached the owner to bring this to his notice.I have never been more politer in my life, coz I know, nobody likes to be critisiced.For my complains, he sad, he will not bother with such mundane issue’s as when his outlet was opening, and whether the systems were working.And he also added, if I want to pay the bill, I should come back, some other day.I dint like his attitude, and pointed that out to him, and he very decisively told me, that he doesnt give a damn about my inconvenience, if I have such a problem, I should look for a new franchise.
Now, I am myself from a service industry, and I know how improtant customer’s are.If this is the kind of treatment that is dished out to people, who are the sincere lot, generally making a point to pay the bill at time, then I am not sure where Reliance is going ir how unhappy dhirubhai Ambani is.I have had tremendous respect for the family, but now I am not very sure.
Now I want to surrender my connection, and looking for somebody to buy my cell phone, as I cant use any other connectin on it.I would prefer going to people, who atleast treat me with respect.
My sincere suggestion, please look at pro’s and co’s of using reliance, before going for it, and plz dont get carried away by the myriad offers they have.They all have a catch.
