First of all avoid buying postpaid plans from any telecom/ mobile service provider. It will take you lot of blood and sweat to close the connection in future.
Reliance customer-care(CC) executives are well trained to answer your questions with "EXCUSES" and "LIES". My connection was was not working since 2 months and it was always down for 5-10 days every month. I called CC to close connection but the executive replied saying my connection will never work because there is some problem in that area. Then he asked me to call again and put new complaint. Why? I called to disconnect in first place and not to hear his excuses.
Then I placed complaint again to disconnect the service, the executive said I will get call soon. However 15 days passed and I did not get any call. I called again the executive replied that they have already spoken to me and I said that it is OK and not to close my connection.WHAT? this was merely a well trained lie that reliance might be teaching its CC executives. 2 months have passed until now whenever I call to inquire the status of my complaint I get some stupid lame excuses.
And the bill keeps adding on every month.IT IS A COOL AND EASY METHOD TO BECOME THE RICHEST IN THE WORLD!
